Musa, a normative engineer and environmental development scholar holds a doctorate degree in Water Resources, Environment Risk Dynamics and Modelling, and possesses over 25 years’ experience in field and research works. His extensive experience includes career contributions to public, private and non-governmental institutions. He has also had direct and oversight involvements in strategic environment, engineering design and supervision of projects in Nigeria and other countries.
