Our legal and regulatory services include the development of policy, legislative, regulatory and institutional frameworks; regulatory rules, processes, and procedures; competition policy and regulatory reform in specific sectors; restructuring, commercializing, and corporatizing; corporate governance systems planning and implementation; tendering/procurement assistance and negotiation; drafting and vetting of contracts as well as compliance and dispute resolution.

Our financial advisory services include project identification, screening and selection; feasibility analysis (technical, economic, tariff, and project financing); transaction structuring, financing and procurement strategies; tariff structuring and subsidy analysis design/options; rate case application preparations and strategic reviews; budgeting and investment planning.

Our procurement support services include the development of solicitation documents for procuring entities, solicitation process management, tendering/procurement assistance, RFP and IFB reviews, proposal/bid preparation and management, compliance and responsiveness verification, contract negotiations, contract drafting and review, as well as post award contract compliance management and procurement audits.

The unit offers wide range of environmental and social safeguards for client’s realistic results that satisfy basic regulatory requirements in investment safeguard and environmental protection, with support from Netherlands, South Africa, UK, USA and Germany, as they relate in particular to under listed thematic areas. These services are being rendered in line with Nigeria’s National Environmental Standards and Regulatory Enforcement Agency (NESREA) guideline and in full compliance to ISO17020, EMS 14001 for Inspection, ISO 19011 for compliance audit, ISO17025 for Laboratory Services and other applicable international standards.

The unit is headed by Engr. Musa A. Egbunu (Ph.D). His drive and ingenuity led to the country’s road concession plan initiative, as well as the establishment of National Environmental Standards Office and the voluntary sign-on of Nigeria to IFC and Equator Principles, as they relate to Environmental, Social, Health, Safety, Resettlement, Governance needs and plan across sectors, such as oil and gas, power, water resources, transport, mining, sports, defense, manufacturing and telecoms amongst others. His passion for service integrity and unique blend of research, deep industry practice and understanding of specific project requirements across institutions place him as an ideal project maven because his invaluable strength (science, policy, engineering and sustainability governance) will foster high level performance to any client.
