On the 25th November, 2021. The CEO PPP Advisories Mohammed Kumalia presented the Full Business Case (FBC) Report in respect of the Ibadan Inland Dry Port Project to the Executive Secretary, Nigerian Shipper’s Council (NSC) Hon. Emmanuel Jime at the NSC Office in Abuja.

In Attendance: The Director General Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) represented by Director, Transport Infrastructure  Dr. Emmanuel Onwordi and the representatives of the Concessionaires-China Railway Construction Company (CRCC).
